Join us as we welcome the first Ayala Supper Club of the year: an intimate evening of our kitchen team’s collective vision of Philippine fine dining in celebration of Women’s History Month.
This special collaborative dinner menu brings together the creativity of our all-women kitchen team; each dish offering a personal interpretation of Filipino flavors through a refined lens. Rooted in tradition yet guided by innovation, the experience will highlight thoughtfully sourced ingredients, elevated techniques, and storytelling through food.
More than just a dinner, our supper club is a gathering, a space to slow down, connect, and experience Philippine cuisine in a way that feels both nostalgic and new. Expect a 5 course tasting menu and an atmosphere designed to foster conversation and community.
