For the first time in NJ - all 4 species of coffee are coming together under one roof. Join us on Friday, August 21 for our first ever cupping session led by @timdrinkscoffee. Tim is a coffee advocate for Philippine specialty coffee, making his first ever trip to NJ. Through a guided tasting and mini presentation, Tim will walk guests through Arabica, Robusta, Liberica (Barako), and Excelsa; a rare opportunity to try all four species side by side in a single sitting.
Cupping is the method roasters and farmers use to evaluate a coffee's aroma, flavor, and quality. No experience necessary; whether you're a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a new way to experience coffee, this session is open to everyone!
