This June, Ayala Coffee is honored to welcome Chef Melissa Miranda of Musang and Kilig in Seattle for a very special edition of our Supper Club.
For two nights only, we’ll be transforming our coffee shop into an intimate dining experience centered around Filipino food, storytelling, and community. Chef Melissa is a multi-year James Beard Award nominee and was named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs of 2022. More than that, she is a true pioneer in the Filipino food space; someone who has continuously pushed our cuisine forward while creating meaningful representation for our culture on a national level.
Expect an unforgettable evening of thoughtfully curated dishes, intentional hospitality, and a dining experience designed to feel both personal and memorable.
